Botham called them Dad's Army, but my elders tell me that they used to call Yorkshire team 'Daddies Team'.
They called 'em that for their cricketing acumen and shrewdness was like that, obvious reasons apart.
No wonder Yorkshire men have always been a problem for Aussies, as they always play their cricket like Daddies.
Michael Vaughan is from Yorkshire, no surprise right?
But right now Aussies have turned the tables as its they who are playing like 'Daddies', indeed!
